Please note that this position is designed as a part-time role and is compensated at a modest rate. It is ideal for candidates seeking valuable experience or looking for a part-time commitment.

This is an entry-level position suitable for students of management, economics, humanities, or future HR professionals and office managers.

What Will You Do: 

You will be the right hand of our HR & Office Manager. Tasks will be diverse, and you won’t get bored! Tasks will mainly consist of:

  • Managing incoming job candidates
  • Scheduling and planning interviews
  • Active participation in onboarding new colleagues
  • Organizing events for our team
  • Managing work activities, planning meetings, and more
  • Finding the best suppliers
  • Handling various tasks that we deal with on a daily basis

If you prove yourself, the complexity of tasks will increase. You wouldn’t be the first person we offer a permanent full-time position on our team if you give it your best.
